Madli's Shawl in orange

Het handgesponnen zijdegaren dat ik vorig jaar rond Kerstdag op de kop tikte, is volledig verwerkt in weer een andere Estlandse sjaal uit het boek van Nancy Bush. Eigenlijk wil ik alle modellen uit dit boek gebruiken, ik vind ze om ter mooist:
The handspun silk yarn that I found last Christmas, has been used for yet another Estonian lace shawl from the book by Nancy Bush. I will try out eventually all patterns from this book because every pattern is more lovely than the other:

De richting van het kantpatroon gaf aanleiding tot een gegolfde rand bij het blokken:

The direction of the lace pattern made me opt for a curved edging while blocking:
